Sense8 and Leverage
Date: 20/04/2016 05:42 am (UTC)Sense8 is about a group of people around the world all born on the same day that unknowingly share a soulbond. When that bond is activated, they can sense each other's emotions, talk across any distance and take possession of each other's bodies to share their knowledge and skills.
Leverage is about a seemingly disparate group of 'bad guys' a hitter, a hacker, a grifter, a thief and a good guy turned 'bad' mastermind. Together they fight crime! But it's corporate crime, the kind of stuff where the rich guys walk away and the little people suffer. People come to them when they have no other resources and the Leverage gang comes up with a plan, usually involving a cool con, many costumes and dialects, some brilliant computer hacking and a gloat at the end when the baddy gets his just rewards and the victim gets not only justice, but usually some financial recompense.
